Building a Homegrown University Portal with a Tiny Team
By SUNY Fredonia Web Team (Jonathan Woolson & Andrea Wasiura). Delivered at HighEdWeb 2023 in Buffalo, NY, detailing the architecture, Drupal CMS engineering, cross-system integration, and launch of my.fredonia.edu.
Web Research Report
The 2009 SUNY Fredonia Web Research Report is an in-depth study which defined the institutional goals, requirements and architecture pathway for modernization of the university’s web content management environment. The study integrates governance, accessibility and UX, distributed authoring and workflow, structured/shared content, infrastructure reliability, archival preservation, and potentials for future WCM/ECM integrated web ecosystem. It provided the research foundation for development of a sustainable, university-wide Campus Web Plan.
